Cheese & More by Henri Willig is now a household name in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria. Every day, we introduce thousands of visitors from all over the world to our delicious premium cheeses and delicacies. We use 'storytelling' to tell our visitors the wonderful story about our family business and the craft of cheese making. Our visitors leave with a smile on their face and an experience richer!

What will you do as shop manager?

  • Together with your team, you will offer our guests a great time in the shop and work with all other shop activities to create a "we-feel" in the shop.
  • You coach, moderate and inspire your team members to bring out the best in themselves and develop within the team and the company.
  • You encourage your team members to take on tasks and responsibilities so that the shop runs smoothly even in your absence.
  • You ensure that you and your team monitor and promote the company concept Cheese & More by Henri Willig.
  • Finally, you are the point of contact for colleagues and external parties, you are responsible for a piece of local entrepreneurship and ensure that all (administrative) purchasing processes run smoothly.

By implementing the above points with dedication and in your own way, you and your team will achieve results that you and the organisation can be proud of!
You are responsible for the shop's results and are the point of contact for the regional manager and colleagues from other departments.

We are looking for a store manager

  • who preferably has experience in a similar leadership position in a company and/or work environment where hospitality plays an important role.
  • with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible attitude, great sense of responsibility and a positive critical eye.
  • who can coach, develop, inspire and delegate and can create a positive, energetic environment in which all team members go through fire for each other.
  • who has a passion for retail, tourism and delicatessen.
  • who has an eye for retail, is creative and can make necessary decisions and improvements through his analytical approach.
  • who speaks excellent German and English and preferably also Dutch or is currently learning this language or wants to learn it in the future.
  • who is flexible. You are available seven days a week, of which you usually work five days (working hours are between 10 am and 8 pm).
